Can I change my order?
Please contact support@morph-mm.com, and they will do their best to accommodate your request for changes. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Please go to [Track your order] under Customer Service menu, You can track your order with your email address that you put in when you make a purchase and the order number.

Product
What comes with my product?
Your product comes with both a cleaning cloth and a protective carry case. The cleaning cloth helps to keep your product in pristine condition by ensuring it's free from dust and smudges, while the carry case provides convenient storage and protection.
Will 'Out of stock' items be re-stocked?
We do our best to restock "Out of stock" items. However, restocking availability can vary depending on demand and product availability. For updates on specific items, we recommend signing up for notifications or checking back regularly on our website.
How can I distinguish between male and female products?
All of our eyewear is designed to be unisex, offering versatile styles that suit everyone.
How do I check the size of the product?
The size can be found under "Product Description" on product page.
How can I search for a particular product?
We have search bars at the top left of our page and beneath the 'Customer Service' Section

What is the payment method?

Why did my payment fail and what should I do?
Your connection may have dropped during checkout
Your card may have been rejected depending on the reason of the payment method. Please check the contents below.
If you can't pay with a card
- Please check if the card is available.
- Please check if there is a credit card limit and a check card balance.
- Please check the entered card number, password, expiration date, and whether it has been entered correctly.
- Please check if you have selected the card you are using.

Returns & Cancellations
How do I return my order?
We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return your product, we've made the process simple and convenient through our Returns Portal.

Important Information:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.

How long do refund take?
We strive to process all returns within 2-5 business days. After we receive and handle your return, you can expect your refund to be issued within a week.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange has been initiated.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.
Do I have to pay for my return?
We gladly accept returns, but please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us unless the item you received is incorrect or damaged, in which case we will cover the shipping.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, you can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging to facilitate the exchange process.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us a support@morph-mm.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@morph-mm.com.
Is there a product warrenty?
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date your order is delivered.
What’s Covered
If your product shows a manufacturing defect or breaks within the 30-day warranty period, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement pair.
Exceptions
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (e.g., scratches, drops, or bending)
- Damage resulting from improper use, cleaning, or storage
- Lost or stolen items
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Assessment: Our team will review your claim to ensure it meets our warranty guidelines.
- Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement pair of sunglasses at no additional cost.
